WOW your guests with Poptastic Party Shop's signature DIY balloon garland kits! Our kits come with everything you need to make a garland just like a pro! We know because we are pros, so we built this kit and gave you instructions to build garlands the same way we do! This isn't your average balloon kit. We only use PROFESSIONAL grade 100% latex balloons that are environmentally friendly and 100% biodegradable. We will choose an appropriate mix of colors and sizes for your kit. Some kits include custom colors (double layer) balloons. This means there will be a balloon inside of a balloon. DO NOT PULL THESE APART! NOTE: Our kits do not come with inflators! For 5" balloons you MUST use a hand pump (sold separately). We HIGHLY recommend the following electric inflator from Amazon for your larger balloons. We recommend inflating your balloons 1 day prior to your event. As long as balloons are tied properly and kept indoors and out of direct sunlight, your balloons can last for up to 3 weeks! HELIUM: Yes - our balloons can be filled with helium, with the exception of 5" balloons. Custom color balloons will float for half the time of a typical balloon due to the double layers. Balloons must be properly filled and should be kept out of direct sunlight to prolong float time. IMPORTANT: ALL balloons will oxidize (matte) when exposed to oxygen and sunlight. Balloons are balloons and sometimes pop for no visible reason. If you notice any frays or holes on the nubs of the balloon, don't panic! This is normal and should not affect the quality of the balloon. Disclaimer: Actual colors may vary.
